A flow designed to support the watery nature of the sacral chakra. Reinvigorate the energy of the hips with an active flow followed by some juicy restorative postures and pranayama.
Note: I accidentally say *supta baddha konasana* rather than *baddha konasana* in the beginning of class. Mistakes happen sometimes when you're excited to teach (or when you are human)! Start seated, not reclined for those following the sanskrit.
